Risk, these are some of the same questions that I've had about this processing. How much would it cost to set up? what kind of volume could they handle and would they need to buy more black sands from other companies doing dredging?
Also, some concern is the problem of getting equipment INTO Sierra Leone. I've heard that the import tax on everything is sky high and lots of cash is needed at every step if you want anything to move. I know, these are common problems in 3rd world countries.
of course the scale would have to be small to start out, right? But what is really cool about this is that they will be doing a 4 stage operation, and they will be getting cash flow FROM THE FIRST STAGE! So this becomes self funding!
Also.... from the PR:
"Analytical testing is ongoing and results will be published once enough material has been tested to give representative results."
so we should be hearing more in another PR soon. If they could release THIS PR before becoming current, then why not another?
