It wasn't aimed at you...there is only ONE really negative person on these boards and I think he does it cause he just likes to be a nuissance and has nothing better to do.
And I doubt they will dillute further at the moment. It is hardly worth anything, so they would have to pump it up first...big time though :P
The guy probably accepted with promises of huge stock options later on ;) Volatility and a giant upward swing would be needed to make those worth his while. Most of them are probably in it to see it through at this point and are betting their "salaries" on success of the company...which seems more realistic now!
