First keep in mind the last Coxe call was July 15* & since has been on vacation....next update 1st week August. Lots of "incidents" have occured to keep the tension on his $60 oil peak. Rig count is up & so are the rates, many small explorers are seeing activity with increasing volume...these are lottery
tickets but i have played some.
