Dont know the ADOT story, but if the shares were already authorized I dont see what the problem is.

Its up to the shareholders to educate themselves and keep abreast of such things and the inherent possibilities.

The SEC is not there for handholding.

Jagman,I wouldn't care HOW big a bonus they took IF investors were simultaneously enjoying a bonus of sorts as evidenced by a much more lofty PPS..........
I was under the impression that the amount of the bonus itself was $20k. , that added to a salary of $100k bringing the total to $120k. ....Now I readily admit that I may be in error there, as I said that was only my impression after briefly and half-heartedly skimming the figures....maybe I was SO shocked at the time that I went into denial and am just now snapping out of it.....10-Z
