Shareholder Update

Dear Shareholders,
I would like to take this opportunity to announce we will be releasing placement news this week. Also, I would like to clear up some of the concerns that have been growing releated to the direction of Hall of Fame Beverages.
While I continually work to improve and focus on the things that will make us a better company into the future, there are things that sometimes happen unexpectedly. When these things arise, decisions have to be made to keep the company moving forward. I realize that not every decision made will be favorable to all, and sometimes may seem as it's coming at "the wrong time." However, a decision is required to be made in order to continue to move in a forward direction, no matter the situation or how good or bad it may be. It is not about who did what or when, it's about business being conducted and problems being resolved in order to move on.
There are several past and present costs, fees and charges for many services that have been provided to Hall of Fame that are all a part of normal operations. Those applicable expenditures are outstanding and have to be paid to continue to operate. I recognize that no one wants there to be dilution, I don't and didn't want to have to dilute - but the bottom line is even the best plans and the best of intentions have to change in order to react to a fluid business environment. We still cannot operate Hall of Fame without monitory support - our hope is that this will soon change with the positive actions we're taking and positive growth of the company.
Nothing has been done and no money has been spent on anything that was unnecessary, or without it being a benefit to the company. I stated that if money needed to be raised, or shares were to be issued that it would be for company purposes only. I have not deviated from that, as it still holds true, and will not change. I have to run and operate this company, and that consists of having the required instrument to make that happen - no one is doing anything on credit, or for free. I can assure you; nothing is being wasted or misused whatsoever.
The recent raise in the authorized shares was not something that I thought would need to be done and was not planned; however plans do change in every realm of life and that includes the business world. I cannot predict the future, and there have been additional things that have come up, and may need to be taken care of before the end of the year. If I am able to resolve these items without the need to raise capital, I will. The remaining shares can sit there or be returned. However, if it is required, I have to be prepared to do what is necessary. Every decision I make is for the future of Hall of Fame Beverages. I am not making decisions based on share price or based on today or this week; instead, I am thinking about this company's long term future.
Like other businesses in our industry, I feel the very competitive pressures - even as a small startup company, one that is recreating itself - we have chosen to run this race. In doing so, we have to constantly be prepared to make the changes necessary to continue to compete and grow. Having the opportunity to do so, not only takes time, but it also takes patience in addition to money. Hall of Fame has been working on additional items that will aid in further growth, development, in addition to much needed revenue streams. It was never the goal to have only one product, and we won't. Tea sales alone are not enough to sustain and conduct an active business.
My plan has always been to rebuild better and stronger. I have always stated that it will not happen overnight, but, it will happen. I have the task of doing many jobs at once and because of that, it requires all of my attention. I have been very focused on building a stable company, and because of this, sometimes there will be silence. This silence doesn't mean that we're not working and that we're not conducting business, or that something bad is happening - it only means that I am staying focused on rebuilding a solid foundation. A solid foundation creates the stability we need to grow, and bring value. Further, I will not jeopardize any relationship by speaking too soon, or by not having the correct information. I would rather be silent, working and absolutely sure when I say something, then rushed and care less and have to take it back.
I would also like to share with you that all of Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern "Sugar Free" Tea is gone. We have sold out and will no long produce the Sugar Free tea. The website and on-line store will be updated to reflect there will be no more for purchase. I will announce when the date of the 3rd run will be finalized including any other additional information pertaining to the tea.
I appreciate your patience.
Thank you,
Jessica Gutierrez
