its dilution this stock wont move, except for the fake runs the MMs make then it quickly falls within a day or less. its been steadily going down for the past year and a half. they might have to add another zero here soon.

EarlthePearlMonroe....I don't believe a major carrier would touch QTN if it was financially strapped. Who would sign on a network going down the tubes when bandwidth is such a rare item?

I say we move up when the mm's are set with their game plan. It is common for them to take it down to cover short positions. It is also common for them to shake the tree to gather as many weak hand shares they can get.
