Thanks for the information. There is a very good paper/post trail of information behind this pump and dump scheme.

Lets hope the SEC brings forth some justice for the unfortunate ones who got fooled by this morally bankrupt individual.

The company is currently a shell that has 1.2 ml in assets, it is not doing any business and has no income or expenses other than maintaining a shell status. This shell has been used as a P/D, the major shareholder and the person who related this information to me is the registered agent for the company in the state of Utah. He told me he turned that person into the SEC for investigation. One can only assume who that person would be.....
