Waitedg.. I would like to see the company fully operational (and bringing in a profit) but we are still a couple of pr's away from that yet... still do not have a handle on the time line here, everytime I call they are out of the country, maybe next week I can catch them in

The new CFO will certainly not let them file late and get the dreeded 'e' again... not too professional when that happens, that's why the other firm was ousted (guessing)

Sorry, but that is total bullpoop, IMO. Please don't let that add any credibility here! Count on the facts alone!
You and I would be very rich people indeed if we had half the money ripped off people in the name of religion. It should not be a factor in investing, IMO.
