Well, if that was the case which it isn't there would be many lawsuits filed against MSLP. Nice try though.

True, I also only see two products NSF Certified and they are Assault & Muscle Gel. But, there are five products that are Informed Choice Certified and they are Combat, Assault, Re-con, Bullet Proof, & Shred Matrix.

Also, read step 6 from Muscle Pharm website. They do claim that all there products are both NSF & Informed Choice Certified which clearly isn't the case.
