I would approach it like we will need them. Most shipping depots offer fax services, so if you don't have access to a fax, FEDEX or UPS Stores can send a fax for a couple of bucks.

The sooner we have 500,000,001 share votes accounted for, the sooner we can begin the process of notifying all shareholders and executing the formal removal process.

Once the current officers are removed, the focus on Michelex/Pristine business can commence without interference from those with questionable motives.
