That I understand fully, money needs to be raised to continue operation, I just never understand why a company does not just get it over with instead of lingering.
Beat it up, raise your money off 504's and move on, just looking for the pps to stabalize and then bounce at some point, as we churn and churn lower, it scares new money is really my point.
