I believe that there is still some dilution currently on PHAR.
The paid promo that was hired a few months ago never got all the shares and more are coming off restrictions from what I am hearing.

It started with a large seller dumping thru HDSN for 3 months straight. Now retail is panicking. Not a pleasant situation.
