IM hoping my post at least had some points if i had this incorrect. Apologize if i do. Dont know about CC deal . I was under the impression he didnt work for PHAR, as PHAR always said TJ did not directly, just his IR firm hired. Thought he worked with TJ. And i can promise you , and i have no motive for lying, TJ told me anything i baited him to tell me. Believe i knew exactly what to ask due to my prior experience. He lied so many times i cant begin to count. If it was an aggreementwith HE and CC , its IMO like wet toilet paper,, means nothing.
Either way IMO is the furtherest thing a CEO should be doing is openly doing this kind of infighting in this manner.
I try my very best to be someone that God is pleased with and no matter what the situation anyone finds themself in i wish nothing bad for them. None of us know the real details of this situation and it is being used to divert attention away from the real issues at hand HOWARD needs to be addressing to shareholders.
Im not taking up for CC at all ,he has zero control over my statements, but as with anyone i listen, i read, but my thorough DD will accept or deny what is said. But i know enough about legalities, in his case, if i where him based on todays threats and many on the board salavating at an opportunity to see him punished,, I would file a counter on HOWARD for defamation of character if termination was caused by maybe some knowledge of wrongdoing. Thats just me.
Its destructive what we are doing, and for me stomping on someone at this point does nothing for PHAR.
