Without proof whatsoever, I don't believe that a trip was made, no pictures, no telling of what the place was like, simply wanting to see buying going on. Also there is no buying going on as the PPS is clearly indicating that.

I did call PHAR and was told no dilution is going on, which could be true. Too hard to know what is going on the with the company right now.
