Sounds like we are on the same page here. Looks like ready to bust out. Shorts may want to go ahead and consider to start covering before it runs, because it can spike hard to the 1.20's very quickly.

Also, waiting for the chart to turn bullish. A very good chartist on the Goodfella's page, said it needs to pass 20 on the full sto to start to turn bullish. It is at 19.60 right now. He said also use the moving averages for confirmation. So, it seems it may be getting close, IMO.
