It's no secret that PHAR has things to correct and update the public on! I think Howard surrounded himself with the wrong people(or they surrounded him) also appears that Howard is realizing this by eliminating 2 of the 3or 4 people( that I can think of). He must start to turn PHAR around somewhere and Howard is doing just that!
