Allow me to add this...bashing the company, being negative etc, is not a rule violation if it is said within the rules, as in no profanity etc. . Cheerleading, pumping and over speculating is not against the rules either.
The posts that are getting deleted are either OT or personal comments, insults/attacks.
If a post gets deleted for any reason, replies to those posts by the rules here say that we are to remove them as well.
If MODS do not follow the guidelines set forth by the TOS and admin guidelines, the MODS get a PM to "do their job correctly."
If a post is removed and one thinks it unfair etc, protest it.
