This is my hope- TPL and PTSC have not as aggressively pursued infringers as they could have because all the reexams were not completed. Rightly or wrongly I believe that the infringers would have demanded jury trials and a jury of laypersons would have been told by the infringers lawyers that their clients should not have to buy a license because even the US patent office thinks their are "significant new questions" as to the patents validity. I have even seen judges stay cases pending reexam results so this certainly seems plausible. This is good news but I still think we will need to see a flood of licensees and good quarterly results before there will be sustained share price appreciation. I may buy more shares in the next few weeks if it dips back into the .05c range after the excitement dies down.
