I'd say on watch. I don't like these musical chairs charts, but if you found shares making it in big guys hand from funding it's a watch. These can take a month or three to work and this one shows no setup yet. IMO Musical chairs plays often have 100 mil average volume because they are shifiting doubles in the first place.
