Yeah, Carl's investments and his loan secured by the entire company made it clear that he was taking over. Don't know that an ultimate sale will ever occur, since not too many companies want to buy money losing operations. Maybe he'll get costs low enough that it's profitable and someone will buy the name and market. My guess is the other shareholders won't get much, if anything in a sale though. Carl has a huge amount already sunk and it's unlikely he'll get close to whole.
