#2804 RE: sagan #2803

Viper stated that their wireless division, which excludes BSNL, had recurring revenues of around $300,000.

I am stating that these "revenues" would not show up on a US profit and loss statement for tax purposes. The sales would show up in Bahrain and the profit (or loss) would be taxed in Bahrain. Assuming a profit, the after tax profit would only be taxed a second time in the US if it was repatriated.

The filings that Viper has shown recently do not show these sales. I do not know how international companies account for their subsidiaries in their filings, however I do know that they would not include the revenues and profits or losses on a US accounting for US tax purposes.

Perhaps somebody with an accounting background could explain where it would show up.
