Perhaps the new investors have the buy-out or reverse-merger deal to
FNSCQ's shareholders and the following is quoted from Yahoo board:

It's the investment group comprised of a good many former Bank of America executives. They should know the market well, and after they clean house of the board & senior management, they could get this bank back on the right path.
