2 billion O/S, at 4.20 that would be a 8 billion dollar company. Logic would tell you that that price will not ever be seen unless the company is buying back a ton of shares or there is a R/S. The latter is more than likely not going to happen since the CEO said there would be no R/S.

They put 4.20 only because they are a pot company. That's it.
