I agree. A main factor to consider is that Google will surpass all other Operating Systems. This poses a concern to Microsoft due to their lack of integrating their OS on time to compete with Google's dominant mobile market; including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, & their "virtual cloud network." Google is acquiring a company a week & with $ Billions to play with, they have plenty more game changing companies to pick up.

Is this to say you are speculating VOX is involved or simply pointing out the all in capability of the Android O.S.?
