Yes, they should be limited much more than being able to tell anyone about a PR that will be out there in 2 weeks. I have talked to IR people from other companies and it is my understanding that they can confirm a PR is coming out if the time frame is less than 24 hours. 2 weeks seems like a "breach of confidence". However, I also think that we could've guessed that one given the 30 time frame announced from the July 7 PR.
