as a purchase price. Nonetheless, do you know
how they will be paying for this acquistion? The
company has never made money...

From the July 31, 2011 notes to financials:

The company has incurred losses since its inception, has no revenues to date and continues to rely on financing and the issuance of shares to raise capital to fund its operations.

I guess their only choice is to sell shares and dilute
current shareholder's value?
