I would imagine that if you get the boat load bought at bid (which is a dramatically lowered price below the official ask as I understand it) there'd have to be a supply of shares that covers that. But in that case I could see the pps drop so I'd look at it as an MM favor to fill yr position. Under what circumstances would an MM fill yr position at the MM bid if they can increase their gains on the ask ? Not vouching here for MMs, just trying to get a grasp on this. Thx
