Good points. I did feel that they had already set up a production facility and had equipment and thought that was a given, but it seems we are not there yet. As for commodities you never know which way it goes. I know Geitner is in China trying to get the Chinese to move monetarily which will lower commodity cost, but you also have Europe which will seem to linger in doubt most of the year. We still tinker between inflation and deflation. Off course Governments prefer inflation and we still have all that debt being kicked down the road.

We have an excellent example in recent history (the 1970's) that run counter to your assertion that rising commodity prices have run their course so to speak. I couldn't disagree more, time will tell, Good Luck.

SNEY is definitely processing the sands.

To what extent, we don't know.

We do know it has always been the company's intent to get cash flowing at the earliest possible opportunity.

Sunergy Purchases Processing Plant Equipment For Optimum Free Gold Recovery and Upgrading The Rare Earth Black Sand Concentrates
Date : 06/02/2011 @ 7:27AM

Bryan Miller, President comments:

"Establishing our new processing facility is an important next step to optimizing cash flow from our Pampana operations. We are producing as much black sand concentrate as possible during the operating season and will begin processing as soon as this equipment arrives. Our secure facility will insure integrity during the primary recovery operations. We are also currently planning expanding our ground operations to include another valuable readily marketable product in addition to our Pampana Rare Earths."

"Dude I have no idea what’s processing"

Sunergy Announces Further Analytical Results for Its Pampana River Heavy Mineral Sands and Discovers Additional Platinum Grou...
Date : 01/04/2012 @ 7:35AM

Mr. Beckmann comments:

"These results are some of the strongest that I am aware of for alluvial sands. I suspected that the PGM metals may exist but we had no support from the previous analytical work. Lowering the detection limits and requesting the specific PGM (Platinum Group Metals) tests allowed these and other precious metals (Silver) to reveal themselves. The quantitative results have ranged from 4 to the mid 100's for Palladium, the mid 10's for Platinum and 170 ppm for Gold except for Silver which is in the range of several hundred ppm (1 ppm = 1 gram/ ton). Analytical testing is ongoing and results will be published once enough material has been tested to give representative results."

He continues,

"It is my considered opinion that these PGM's may exist in a fraction that we may have previously overlooked and discarded. I have proposed a four phase recovery and separation process that would certainly recover a higher percentage of these rare valuable metals. The first Phase is dedicated to the highest possible recovery of the gold, Silver and PGM's which are readily marketable to create early cash flow. Phase 2 is dedicated to the Coltan minerals with their elements Tantalum and Niobium, which are also present and readily marketable. Phase 3 and 4 are dedicated to the enhancement of the remaining valuable strategic and rare earth elements, which once separated or concentrated, are also highly marketable."

Bryan Miller, President comments:

"Discovering these additional valuable metals in our already rich Heavy Mineral Sands has the potential to substantially increase and accelerate our early cash flow. We now believe we can increase the PGM content by retaining that portion of the sands we had until now discarded during the field concentration process. Our original focus was to recover the free gold as Phase 1, but we have now determined that the substantial contained gold, silver and PGMs will be in the initial target of our newly designed processing operation. Mr. Beckmann brings considerable expertise and practical knowledge of these metals to the Sunergy operation as noted below."

“Dude I still don’t have no idea what’s processing"

However it’s something and it has been going on for awhile.

I do believe that they can sell samplings and are potentially separating small amounts of gold. I do not consider it a true revenue source since its more a by product of a growing operation through testing and initial steps of progression.

Your point? A byproduct is left at the end of processing not BEFORE PROCESSING.

I would imagine many would be happy to bid on the stockpile since a sample will show the gold content. This is not too likely what SNEY has plans to do so I feel the pile cannot be sold. It is there for separation and top dollar. At its current state it is a pile of dirt. Yes with materials in it that have value but than again so does the dirt still sitting in the river bed.

The concession has a value in which a lot of investors have put thier money, this has increasesd through being proven up with the stockpiled Concentrate.

I was trying to show that the company is not an actual production company yet but rather one in operations trying to become fully producing still. For me that appears very far below expectations based on PR's and business models that SNEY has developed and published. I am sure most if not everyone had expected some sort of processing equipment to have been set up so far but the PR painted a different picture.

THEY ARE PRODUCING CONCENTRATE THAT IS YET TO BE PROCESSED, THEREFORE THEY ARE IN PRODUCTION.
NEXT STAGE IS PROCESSING AND THEN THEY WILL BE A PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING COMPANY.
There may have been a rethink on the type of processing equipment that will maximise the profits on ALL materials found.(Mr BECKMAN)

As always I feel confident the concession holds a large value but question the current managements ability to properly handle the operation. Based on the last years accumulation of errors, delays, misstatements in PRs, and lack of progress, I feel the company and shareholders would be best served with a buyout or JV to help move the company in a more productive pace.

You are entitled to your opinion and to express it.

I personally feel by this time next year gold and REE's will be much lower in price. The delays could, in the end mean many millions of dollars lost. Commodity prices rarely remain stagnant anymore. Volatility of metals and equities have become the new norm. Although some feel gold can continue the meteoric rise I feel history has been all too clear that such a things has not ever occurred and will not likely occur now.

Good points but I would not be here if I did not think that over the mid to long term there is a lot of money to be made.

GLTY.
