Someone has not done financials and someone has not reported/fired him.

I remember that last spring an interim CFO started working and asking financials to work on.

I remember that some shareholder donate $ and one worked (for free) to have books back from an independent Director.

I remember that BOD have or tried to remove by shareholders vote an independent Director last Dec.

A committee removed BOD just before the vote.

My try is only to link in some logical sequence public and verifiable facts.
