I hope so. I am getting tired of waiting knowing damn well there
are changes going on. I mean, the CEO resigns or is replaced is
public news and should be acknowledged via PR or email, unless the
replacement is leading information to another major move for TEMN.

My worry is if they are doing an S8 and they issue/register even
more shares. If they max out this A/S, it's over IMO. Barring the
new shares are so damn restricted they won't ever hit the market.
