Last two MTVs gave us no reason to think they're close to re-filing or if Q1 is even in the realm. Dean only mentioned a Dec/Jan timeframe before he met with the FDA. That could be long forgotten.
Keeping close eye on mailbox for FOIA, although it still may be another couple weeks.
In the meantime, it's been nearly 5 weeks since last MTV so I'm expecting one this Thursday (or next week at the latest).
