sorry this is a rude awakening--however the details have been public for quite some time ---rec' 6 month restricted preferreds---conversion rate 1711 x 1------get ready-----conversion process (to convert restricted preferreds into free trading common) MAY (possibly) be even more "INTERESTING"----good luck !!!!!

a. AUTOMATIC CONVERSION . Series B Stock shall be automatically converted into Common Stock, at any time when the Company has sufficient authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock, at a conversion rate of 1:1,711.156 (“Automatic Conversion”).
