rrufff, where did you get this info? Did they ever file?
PFGY always seemed real to me. Even if their numbers weren't great, they always filed on time.
The recent drop was pretty spectacular....it hung around .04 for quite some time. Then, it dropped to .006 quickly. There wasn't a lot of volume, though, during the drop. It seemed like an investor or two unloaded with little buying pressure as it sold off.
They still file, although the current Q is late, with note on the extension of the typical "no" to "Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations ....?"
