Today was not a good way for the stock to finish. I was going to potentially add today to my position at the close but waited as it just did not seem right with the selling at the close. Also the past few weeks it has been trading flat, so I have been watching since adding a starter position months ago. Looked & smelled like dilution today but was hard to know. The only reason I did not sell was because the CFO stated the company had money through 2012 & saw no need for additional cash at this point. That was only 3 wks ago. Their balance sheet is strong with 46m in cash & no debt. Talk about crushing a stock if they were to do a dilution pre-PDUFA. 52wk low is $2.51 and 52wk high is $5.07. Company in a good position of no Adv Panel or REMS that is needed. You never know with these biotechs sometimes even when they seem like they are in a good position. Will be watching closely tomorrows trading action.
