Question for you savvy investors.
Why would the MMs not fill everyone orders late afternoon. After talking to a few of my connections, I understand that several had in buy orders the last 15 minutes of the day at the ask and hardly any of them were filled. Were the MM;s not willing to let it close above 5 for some reason?
