exchanging ideas and information about a company
is the essence of a board. the number of shares held
by anyone is not important. if you leave your personal
holdings out of the communication and let the
pertinent information speak for itself and debate
company info without personal holdings in sway,
then a conversation about the company is on the board.

a good board is hard to find
