How did JB sucker the latest 8-k investors with these 18 month $2 warrants...wow, the guy is talented. Too bad he knows nothing about running a company. The company has a consistent pattern of not reporting quarterly earnings on time. REally? Why? Fires Ernst and Young, why? This will, in the eyes of the SEC, say, FRAUD. Not to say the company isn't trying to build a business, but did so FRAUDULENTLY. Not to mention the 8 million dollar or so deliberate fraudulent reporting of assets. People have discounted the OTHER lawsuits, and I would have agreed. A lot of these shareholder lawsuits are non-sense. But, with this SEC lawsuit, BIG TROUBLE !!! SEC wins this, the other suits follow in a "WIN". It would be the death blow. Millions in settlements = de-listing and bankruptcy. If this gets de-listed, are you looking at the pink, pink, pink sheets? .00001?
