The DTC wasn't placed due to transparency issues. IMO, MMTC is the most transparent company I've ever been involved with in the OTC. The reason was due to excessive naked shorting and the lack of covering on time by shorters, which, imho, will serve to be more beneficial than harmful. There will be less manipulation from MMs now, which should give us a great platform to launch from when we get news.
