Thanks for the advice, but I think that´s pretty much rubbish. He
wouldn´t increase his actual holdings by the equivalent of currently $20,000 if he felt it was time to "run for the exits". If anything, I´d call that "cautiously optimistic", just like I would describe my current attitude.
