And this was several months after the deal was supposed to have closed.

So it's very posible that it is not dead.

Hopefully by Spring our PPS will be in the multi-penny range and we're on our way to new highs. I really hope the amendment news next Sunday gets us running in this direction.(That's the day I believe) Returning to this range, either through the permit/assays or a retirement of shares, would certainly be a welcome change to us all.(And maybe even some news from Hecla, Gold King, etc by or before the Spring as well)
