Thanks for spelling "dual" right. I had the 2 exchanges fighting with each other.

When you say "dual listing" do you mean that the company will show on an American Exchange also?

I disagree with that... in part.

I think it should be obvious enough that the mechanics of the spinouts of Shining Tree and Niostar, and issues of cost, convenience, and liquidity in the ability to trade them, won't ever matter that much in terms of your ability to trade SRSR shares. Trading in SRSR will get halted when there is news, etc., as is always true, and that's not what I'm talking about.

The relationship that exists between your SRSR shares and the shares of the new companies is probably a thing that will matter in the short term. That, and the rest related to it, IMO, is all and only an issue of timing... the details in the features of which are for now still complete unknowns... perhaps unknowable.

To be clear... I don't know enough about the timing and sequences that are likely to occur to be able to "game" them... so won't pretend I do know... and won't try.

Otherwise, I agree with you... that, beyond a few wrinkles in the unknowns in the timing and sequencing issues, it is most probable that there will be a dual listing for each of them. I don't think that there is any intent to implement a purposeful and permanent shareholder harassment plan as an element in seeking to maximize the benefit for shareholders.

They've made some of those timing issues obvious enough, in the case of both Shining Tree and Niostar, by saying they're not overly certain, yet, whether the new market listings for them will be "in place" at the time the spinouts occur, or not. I don't and won't see that as the relevant "issue".

No doubt there will be some who will want and expect to be able to "game" some of the elements that they want and expect to see occur during these transitions... intending to "trade" through them.

I think it is possible that even a minor error or two in your planning and expectations, or execution, if you intend to trade your way through the transitions, might result in some self inflicted problems...

I'm a holder.

I recognize how the plans they've announced and had us approve should, and are likely to, generate benefits for us... which is why I'm a holder, and why I voted to approve them.

If you do trust management to follow though with what is best for enabling the greatest benefit shareholders, that's all that matters... and, if you don't, well, at this point... that's too bad... because you've already been committed to needing to trust them to see this through... and your only other real option to avoid rather than accept the management risks inherent in the situation was to sell prior to the vote, and thus surrender the benefit that will likely result if management are able to succeed... where they clearly expect they will.

If I didn't make that clear... I support management.

I'm going to be patient in allowing them to execute those plans they have in the best possible way... and I don't intend to be worried about it, or induced into screwing myself by trying to game things I'm clearly not now fully informed about... which I think is sort of the point of what they're doing.

Depending on what the record date is... ?

FWIW... whatever the timing, and whatever it is that does occur with Shining Tree and Niostar... I support management... and I will still want to continue to hold my SRSR shares, at least until there IS proper clarity on the entire picture in relation to each of the issues... Shining Tree, Niostar and SRSR...

I will not expect to sell a single SRSR share until both spins are completed, and the dust settles, with the market issues around each of them fully resolved, and with the (clearly too purposeful) "questions" about SRSR's post spin status and focus fully answered...

That the value is there is apparent... its sources are clear enough, in terms of "what the rocks have in them" and "what management brings to the table in ability" and it is clear enough that they have a plan to have that value they've placed in SRSR be realized. That is apparent... and I'm going to allow that to happen, while holding.

That's my plan.
