Not really concerned. I'm actually glad they raised the AS like they did. You never know when an opportunity to make a great acquisition might come along. A higher AS can also mitigate against the possibility of a hostile takeover, a little less likely but still valid. Having said that, knowing who is behind the reigns helps support my disposition. It's kind of like the old saying, guns don't kill people, people kill people. An AS increase doesn't kill stocks, poor management kills stocks. It's an extreme example but you catch my drift lol.
