I wonder how many of them work undercover for DoJ? Or have fed information to SEC?

It would certainly be a good way for an ambitious young cop to bring themselves to the attention of a serious Federal agency.

And once you accept the principle of moonlighting you can have more than one alternative employee. Some of them may even want to do the right thing and help put a stop to the evident fraud that is Honest John's JBI.

I suspect with the help of inside whistleblowers SEC's case will be even more watertight than the already damning 28 page complaint.

Absolutely right. I was there today. And have been there numerous times. To call any of them mall cops is juvenile, sophomoric and classless. Actually some are BPD management. They are extremely mindful of security. All these guys do a great job, and some are decorated officers.

Secondly, none of them, will divulge anything about the plant. They are courteous and respectful, but providing info on company goings on they WILL NOT do. And personally, I respect that to the utmost.

Oh. I thought that they were there to create a positive "customer experience" like the welcoming people in banks do. And my usual tactic is just to say "I didn't bring a pen with me". Usually works.

And I guess if they read iHub they must be very astute!!!
