I have checked with Tracy myself and I agree with your post. I got a similar response. No word on SAGE yet and it is up to the principals to decide. I expect to hear on SAGE by next week. Anyway, the SAGE/LOI is a non-event in my books. Financing/JV for BCSP and Tombstone would be the key development I would be looking for in the coming weeks/months.
