I not sure you understand the filing. I believe the dates of the hugely discounted shares sold were DEC 30-JAN 6. If they can keep ther SP up over $1.00 for 6 months they win. If it goes below $1.00 they probably still win. I noticed the filing allows them to "hedge" their positions too. That could explain the recent unusual volume these past few days.
