Looks that way. Not sure why they had to retain Cillo for duties listed in the Annual. HOWEVER, good to see EAFN in control the company officially on paper! I think they will need to post the atty letter then should get back to trading I would think. With $8MM in assets and 1.5 B in shares our value should be 0.0053/share! Going to be very interesting when trading starts again. Really liking the way this is shaping up folks! All IMO.
