Where the heck do you "read" that the nwau management is getting 1.5M shares? Not that nwau mgt isn't getting some of that...what about GEIV shareholders? As in..if i bought geiv today...those shares are some how converted into part of that 1.5M. Surely my shares don't become worthless.
This 1.5 million shares to NWAU management will not be reduced by a factor of 3 like everyone else right?
So it`s like they gave themselves 4.5 million shares today right?
What happened to that paper they said they signed that said they weren`t going to sell shares for 3 years?
How many shares did management own collectively before?
I`m thinking it was pretty close to 4.5 million.
Interesting work around this deal is. Management are real outside the box thinkers. Would have rather they sold the shares to raise capital for another 2 aquisitions, but that`s just me.
