No normally they are delisted from the big board exchange and move to the OTC fairly quickly. There may be some time between that change over. But the stock does continue to be traded after. The court is the one which determines their restructuing has taken place and they can file for up listing again.
Some times the BK company stock does not suffer a price decline large enough to require delisting at all. Each case is different. It's not the bankrupcy which gets them delisted. It's the stock price falls so it doesn't meet the exchange requirements.
