First of all Mr. Brad, if that is who you are. I do not need your private messages telling me to to read your so called facts.

I presented the math of the RS that was stated by the President in a news release pre and post split and nothing more. She states she is doing one and I have nothing to show she intends otherwise. I cannot verify that the paperwork has or has not been submitted and made no claims to that.

So lets go over your facts.

1. A link to an IHUB message that has links to another IHUB message. Not a Fact.

2. A link to the OTC current symbol changes that at most would have some for the beginning of next week as well as past ones. Last time I checked we just got the info last week that an RS was being planned. So to be able to show it on the OTC lists would be a little premature and does not prove anything.

3. A link to current OTC splits that have occurred or will occur next week doesn't prove anything.

Nothing you presented are actual hard documented facts. Just you telling me what is and what isn't. You want to show facts, show me an injunction or an SEC/OTC investigation into the company that states that a split has been requested and has been put on hold.

An Alias or a person stating that they are someone and showing their opinions are not facts. Posted words are not facts. Post links to actual documents backing up your comments and I will agree that those are facts.
