I really can't tell you where we are at with the SS. I inquired awhile back, but was told that only Mr. Scott can give that info out, and I was unsuccessful getting a reply there. I think somewhere I read though that the SS was increased by quite a bit (hence the .02 levels with the Shoe company and our current .0027 level now). Will try to find the notice of the increase, but not sure where it is now.

Mr. Scott also moved us down on the pinks level.

Again, these 2 things would be automatic Get out now triggers in any other pinkie. But here, the logic seems to dictate that the interests and facilitation of the company and acquisitions are being protected and fostered.
